R	Rey Man on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some settings are fun. Be careful of some routes can easily get injured if missed. Most staff has been nice. When it gets busy, kids could be running on the mat. I WOULD RECOMMEND NOT GOING AT PEAK HOURS. They got 2019 moonboard at 40degree. A decent training area.
V	Veselina Stoyanova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited this place on Wednesday March 23rd 2022. The bouldering area is small and after 5pm it becomes really packed. On that particular day, I believe there were close to 70 people. There is no way to do social distancing, and people were shoulder to shoulder while waiting to climb. Even though they check for vaccination status and masks are required, it is not enough to safely climb. On Wednesday I visited, and Thursday/Friday I started experiencing covid symptoms. On Saturday I tested positive for Covid. I am sure that I got it from this location. For reference, I am fully vaccinated and boosted, and I wear a mask everywhere I go. Given the small space I think there should be some limits on how many people can be in the gym at any time, and perhaps the ventilation should be looked at, and improved if needed.
A	Ahmet Kul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a pretty decent sized gym. Great location and friendly staff. The holds are clean and well maintained. They have so many different routes and I like the variety. Would definitely recommend it. If you’re a member you can access the Bloor location as well, which is a great perk.

The routes are so creative and you can really learn something new from each route (regardless of difficulty level). The community there is very welcoming and the staff are always friendly and supportive. You will have a blast here!

You don't need to rent the climbing shoes if you take indoor shoes, but I highly recommend you rent them. It was a bit crowded but people were mostly resting so no need to wait in line to climb.

It’s not crowded at all during the mornings and it’s such a pleasant time to go. But even when I went at later times in the afternoon, the busy crowds are all friendly climbers and even at the busiest times, it shouldn’t interrupt your climbing routines too much. They change one wall biweekly on average and their social media platforms are very updated with their information. I had a bad fall last month and had to go to the emergency later in the day. After the fall, their staff quickly came over and helped me out with ice packs and bandage wraps. Super lovely and helpful staff at Basecamp! They also accommodated me due to my health conditions. I love Basecamp and I would recommend this place for anyone in the downtown area looking for a fantastic bouldering experience.
