On vous communique par texto avec des emojis, n’importe quoi. Ils ne se portent pas garant des réparations, toutefois pour vous vendre un nouvel appareil, pas de problème! Manque de professionnalisme.
Very bad customer experience. They don't honor guarantees. Make an appointment for repairs but do not show up. We text you with emojis, whatever. They do not vouch for repairs, however to sell you a new device, no problem! Lack of professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aucun service après vente! il ne se présente pas au rendez-vous planifier par la réceptionniste. aucun suivi par la suite. Difficile d'avoir un retour d'appel, prend parfois plusieurs semaines. Ma thermopompe est défectueuse depuis Août 2021. Ils sont venus la réparer seulement en janvier 2022, après un rendez-vous schedulé où ils ne se sont pas présentés et plusieurs appels à l'entreprise sans retour d'appel... Depuis ce jour (jour de la réparation), la machine ne fonctionne plus du tout et nous sommes maintenant en mars 2022 encore avec le meme problème...
No after sales service! he does not show up for the appointment scheduled by the receptionist. no follow-up thereafter. Difficult to get a return call, sometimes takes several weeks. My heat pump has been defective since August 2021. They only came to repair it in January 2022, after a scheduled appointment where they did not show up and several calls to the company without a return call... Since that day ( day of the repair), the machine no longer works at all and we are now in March 2022 still with the same problem...

Fed up with this company. No after sales service. I've been waiting for them to come and fix my device for over a year. No follow up, no return calls to messages I leave.
