We had a great experience with Capital City! Evan provided a detailed explanation of our options and ensured our new air conditioner was install very quickly. We are very happy with our product and service provided by Capital City.

I'll begin by stating that this is the second home in a row for which Cap City has installed an AC system for me. The first was a few years back, and they did a phenomenal job. More recently, we moved out to the country, and I contacted Jodie and Tim at Capital City Heating & Cooling when the furnace/ac at the home we bought was leaking. Immediately, they sent Alex, an experienced technician over to diagnose the problem, and where another company would have likely tried to sell us on an entire new AC unit due to it's age, Alex literally unclogged a little plastic elbow, and the unit was back up and running. Although he stated the unit would likely need to be replaced following season, it would be okay for now - no hard sell, just great, honest service. A few months later, with the price of lumber back at normal levels, we proceeded with a last minute deck build that required us to move this existing AC that Alex had serviced. Immediately, we called Cap City to remove and replace this AC a little ahead of schedule, and on short notice (and in the middle of the hottest heat spell of the summer). Evan, the sales rep arrived the next morning, and within days, we had a terrific 2 man crew who performed a clean, tight, and excellent install. Covid protocol was respected and practiced, and these guys worked all day on a tricky install without complaint. The entire process was terrific from start to finish, especially considering it was busy season, and at the last minute. To top it all off, we got a competitive, amazing price and could not be happier. I have used Capital City Heating and Cooling for a dozen years. They have replaced my personal AC, Furnace, Thermostat, and on-demand Water Heater. In addition, they recently replaced the AC at a townhouse we own. I also engage them to do regular cleaning and servicing of all my systems. I keep going back to them because they always deliver. Their estimates meet or beat other estimates I have requested. They always have answers to my questions. The one time I had a legitimate concern, they resolved my issue ... at no cost. I recommend them highly.

I was extremely pleased from the start of the process (initial email inquiring) to the finished install. Communication was fantastic, quick and honest. The initial quote was explained fully and different options were provided that best worked for our family. Installers were clean, professional and honest. I would hire them again and will refer them to our friends and family.

What a great company. Your installation employees were professional, courteous, honest and knowledgeable. The installation took 11 hours and not once did they complain that they were tired. They had to dismantle the old 50 year old Dinosaur that surprisingly still functioned but was condemned because of a faulty safety shut off. They even had to return the new furnace that had a tiny dent in it. They wanted to be absolutely sure the new furnace was in 100% tip top condition and didn't want the remote chance that the dented one could fail. The strange part is the packaging showed no damage. The unit must have been damaged from the factory before it was packed up. This is a reflection of the manufacturer not the installer and Capital City employee went out of his way to make sure the unit was returned and came right back with another unit. Your company was recommended by a colleague of mine and I'm very glad he did. I will certainly recommend you to everybody requiring any HVAC services. I came home on the evening of November 21 to no heat. Called Capital City on Monday morning. They attended promptly Monday, conducted a thorough inspection, red tagged my failed furnace (old, it deserved its retirement), and sent their estimator. By Tuesday evening our brand new Bryant furnace, and Bryant air conditioner (we'd planned on replacement) are installed and we're toasty! Everyone was fantastic, from diagnostics to replacement options to installers their staff were personable, professional. Fantastic service! Thank you CCH&C!

Some time ago we selected Capital City to install a new air conditioner during a heat wave.It was a positive experience, good price, service and quality work. When our old furnace quit on the coldest day of the year, 2 years ago, Jodi and Alex found a new fan and had it installed within a few hours. No surprise then that we asked Capital City to install a new furnace for us this past Sept. Despite pandemic induced supply issues, they found the furnace of our choice and installed it within a week. Once again, fast service, quality work and competitive pricing. I am glad I selected Capital City for my heating and cooling equipment, and it’s maintenance. It’s a stress free experience.

I could not be more happy with the work this company did when they installed my new AC and Furnace! I have no experience with HVAC and had a lot of questions.
