I was given an into how to properly use the equipment as well. The company is very flexible in terms of pick-up and drop-off and the prices are very competitive. We will be using Ottawa BBQ Rental for future events and highly recommend that you do so as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The correspondence by Vince either by phone and via email was excellent. We had the BBQ delivered at 10:00 am and picked up at 8:15 pm. Both times of delivery and pick up were respected by the company. We were serving for 300 people and this unit did the job. I would like to suggest that two 20 gallon propane tanks are supplied next year for our event since we cook lunch and supper. It came with a 20 gallon which was full and a 10 gallon propane tank that was less than a quarter full. I had backups tanks since I did not know the rental came with propane. I am over all very satisfied with the service, delivery and pickup. I will be recommending to our committee that they stay with Vince for our round up next year. Great job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought a whole lamb from Costco for a backyard BBQ and needed a large spit. Ottawa BBQ had a great choice, it was easy to book online, and they were very helpful, as we had never done this before. Surprisingly easy to set up and use, the BBQ spit was well maintained and very sturdy. Cost was reasonable. We would definitely do this again.
