★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a customer, but was having trouble with a competitor company and was phoning around to get a better idea of policies and procedures. I believe it was Chris who answered, spent 10 mins explaining what is happening in the world of tents and reassuring me. If that isn't amazing customer service and attention I don't know what is. Will certainly be doing business with this company for any future events!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Website promotes a nice white tent and chairs for weddings, however that's far from the truth. Recently purchased a tent and white chairs for a wedding. Both the tent and chars were filthy, damaged, and scuffed. The tent walls were so bad they were basically unusable and had to be taken down. There was even dirt everywhere on the roof. Had to wash 140 chairs ourselves which did not make much of a difference - only got the dust off. Tent would not pressure wash clean. 1 of the 2 portable washrooms we ordered did not flush. Tent installer was the owners son who said they are busy and don't have time to clean their rental equipment. Owner was made aware, no refund/compensation was provided. Steer clear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented a 40'X40' tent for early Sept 2019.
The tent arrived with filthy walls and ceiling. After a futile attempt to
clean the walls we finally got in contact with a representative in the evening just before the event. A cleaning woman arrived at 8 pm and did a decent job finishing by 10 pm.
We had to clean the chairs and tables.
In May Big Top quoted us a price which included patio heaters. At the end of July we were informed that the heaters were not available but that they and the propane tanks could be supplied for an additional $190.
As we were leaving on holidays the next day we had no choice but to accept their offer.
The dance floor arrived a few hours before the event and not the day before as promised...
Rather than removing the tent on 9 Sept 19, it took them until the 10th.
While the person we were communicating with was pleasant and seemed to be doing her best the Response Safety Security umbrella company badly let us down. Not someone we will deal with again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldn't let the owner of this company (Denis The Crook Condie) or his merry henchmen anywhere near my property! Especially on any special day, event, party.
Google Denis Condie to see who you are getting into bed with. Also owns Response security! Check out their rating. You can clearly see a pattern here, this man has no clue how to run any company!
