M	Michelle G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can I rate them at ZERO because they basically did nothing for me!!!!!! Awful and super unprofessional. I called and set up an appointment. The guy called me back and said he had a different time done and would't be able to come. Set another appointment as I thought it would work out. They were over a half hour late. Didn't even call to let me know that they would be late either! AND didn't show up. Very disappointed in there services. I would caution you to hire these people to do your windows!!!!
H	Heidi von Engelbrechten on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I caution anyone using Clear Vu. They are very unprofessional. I first contacted them in August to fix a window in our home. They did not show for our first appointment. I gave them a second chance and they did not show for a second scheduled appointment. A few weeks passed and I received a call out of the blue that if I was around they could come by that same day. I happened to be home and they showed to give me an estimate. It took over a week to receive an email with the formal estimate in writing. We accepted the estimate and they required some time to order in a part that was needed to complete the work. Once they had the part, they contacted me to schedule a time to complete the job. That was to be this morning (Oct 30) from 10 am - 12 pm. They did not show for a third time now, and we are left heading into the winter with a window that we attempted to have fixed in August, over 2.5 months ago. I will be searching for another company to complete this repair, and in a way feel relieved. If their poor communication and lack of respect for their clients time is a reflection of the work they do, then I am glad that I have not paid them to complete any work on our home.
G	Gary Finley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clear Vu "restored" a couple of windows for me that had lost their seal and had a bit of cloudiness between the panes on cold winter days. In the process of drilling holes in the windows to insert their cleaning fluid, Clear Vu spread glass particles all through the inter-pane space of the windows. Now instead of windows that are a bit cloudy when it is very cold, I have windows that are full of powdered glass all the time. The windows are now in worse condition than they in were before Clear Vu "restored" them for me.

Graham came out with a very reasonable option, accommodated many changes of meeting times for me and provided good service. He replaced two windows and replaced our old window cranks to let fresh air back inside. He was professional, fast and efficient.

I was surprised that the warranty is 10 years which made me sign them up and no issues since. I have a window in my en-suite that opens right up to the street. After doing some research I saw Clear-Vu does custom glass and now I have a beautiful custom private window in that no one can see in, I can't see out but still let's the natural light in!

They restored the window and did some caulking on my windows and I can finally say they are not nearly as cold in the windows. My window remains clear and is not drafty any longer! Since then I have dealt with ice build up on all my windows (not just the ones that were fixed). I contacted their office and the office manager gave me a few tips on how to manage this and discussed my issues without ever making me feel rushed even though this call was just for advice and would not make them any money. I would recommend clear-vu for any window needs!

He was really good to work with and it was so affordable. We had another company give us a quote that was nearly double the price and they said they just couldn't match the quote that Clear Vu gave us. Graham was fast, available when I had questions prior to the appointment, and very personable. I would recommend the glass replacement option!
