Clean First was very reasonable, worked very effeciently, so no hidden costs and cleaned up as if they weren't even there. I would highly recommend Clean First to anyone!

My first project was mold removal due to water damage. My most recent project with CleanFirst was asbestos abatement. The team came in right on time, explained what they are going to do, did exactly what they promised. They were so careful, polite and clean. Their rates are also great. They make a difference. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would recommend Luis to anyone looking for an honest professional expert.
We found out that water had been leaking into our basement for an extended period of time and as such the drywall throughout most of the basement had mould on the bottom 2 feet and in a much larger area in the bathroom. This was my first experience with mould so I got a quote from 4 companies. Luis was recommended to me by the company that tested our air quality.
In addition to being recommended, Luis provided the best value. His pricing was better than most of the other quotes and he and his approach was comprehensive.
His work was great. He removed the mould, cleanly cut out the infected areas and spent the time to provide excellent recommendations on ways to ensure we do not have the issue again.
I have since asked Luis to investigate another water issue - toilet seat was leaking and he immediately said their is no mould and recommended a product from home depot to prevent it. This really demonstrated his honesty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We contacted Louis by pure luck, a google search, after an electrician who was working in our house mentioned that our walls are made with asbestos.
Not knowing much about it, we were in panic mode. It was around 6PM when we called him. He took time to explain us about risks, procedures, testing. He asked me to send him pictures and he was messaging with me until late at night. Finally, we settled on him coming to take samples from our house. He was a voice of calm, helped us sleep that night.
He showed up promptly at 1PM as agreed upon and took samples, all while giving us a ton more information. He took 5 samples of various materials in our walls, ceiling popcorn etc.
As he drove away I thought to myself, he could swap those samples for 100% contaminated ones and get a big job.
We frankly thought we were screwed.
To our great surprise, around 2PM the following day he messaged us that results came back ALL CLEAR.
We are just so thankful to have had luck to click on his company's add. I cannot recommend him enough. We are able to breathe again.
If you are someone suspecting to have asbestos in walls, don't panic and call this guy.
