Clean Line Sewer & Drain - Winnipeg

Austin came round in short notice and assisted our sewer and drain issues with leaking in our basement. he explained everything and helped us out tremendously from an extremely stressful situation. He walked us through the steps on how to prevent this from happening in future. I cannot express my gratitude enough for Austin coming out within an hour notice and for an exceptionally reasonable price. For anyone who has an urgent plumbing need you must call this company, I won't use any other plumbing company apart from cleanline in future. thank you for everything Austin.

Great service. Had to come in and fix a job by a competitor. Was able to describe exactly where my plug was was quick and courteous. Doug jr was awesome and a credit to the company.

I think the techs name was Matt. On time, worked fast, talked me through everything. Very polite and friendly, his service was exemplary. The pricing was fair, the quality of the work was excellent. He was really good at making me feel not weird about him pulling gross stuff out my drain and I will definitely be using this company again in the future.

We used Clean Line a couple of time in the past and our initial experience was positive. Our last experience they improperly installed a toilet valve (simple task) and charged us for work they didn't complete. We will not use them again.

Clean Line attended a 2+ hour initial service call to assess cause of air in the lines, water hammer in toilet line and varying water pressure in a newly constructed apartment-style condo suite. Indeterminate cause, per plumber, despite replacing fittings and collaboration with his colleague via telephone. Crash of objects, dropping in tub, overheard by owner from another room during service call, but no report of damage from plumber. Plumber otherwise professional, diligent and polite during service call. Service call terminated with advice of in-person follow-up with further answers on cause and potential solutions to issue. After plumber left, condo owner noted new small chip in tub base. No subsequent follow-up call received from Clean Line. Owner followed up requesting repair of tub and solution/cause to initial issues. Clean Line follow-up visit scheduled and initial plumber and his supervisor attended condo. Supervisor stated his plumber could not have caused tub damage, his plumber was best he had, honest and their tools would not cause the chip. Plumber from initial call did not speak entire visit. Supervisor advised condo owner, as no other suite above or below current suite complained of air in lines issue, not worth heating vent on roof, which was suspected to be cause of air in lines. No owners currently residing above or below owner to report issue. Also, new condo build and tub brand new and pristine prior to Clean Line visit. Owner insisted on Clean Line repairing tub and follow up visit scheduled. Clean Line did not show up for tub repair visit or advise ahead of cancellation. Upon calling to determine cause of missed service call, Clean Line stated no tub repair kits available in the city. Condo owner called local hardware store and tub repair kit in stock.

Called on Sunday morning and they were able to accommodate us in a timely manner. Doug Jr. was polite and able to diagnose and fix the problem of a blocked floor drain. The cost was entirely reasonable and the result so far, so good. We will use them again if the need arises. Frits Stevens

Clean Line Sewer & Drain. Amazing job very polite. They were able to respond to our problem in a timely manner.
