The folks there provide exactly what I need - a RELIABLE, ON TIME, and COMFORTABLE ride, which is why I've come to think of my vacation really starting with Hollywood Limo taking me to the airport. Sure it's more expensive than a cab or Lyft, etc., but for a great ride with piece of mind, Hollywood Limo is worth every penny!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We Rented their hummer limo for our wedding day. It was the hottest day of the year and the driver refused to roll down the window for us after repeated requests (he would simply ignore us and not answer when we asked him to roll it down). The driver claimed the air conditioning was on but no one could feel it and one of my bridesmaids was so hot she was nauseous and nearly got sick in the car. My makeup and hair was a waste of money because the of how much I was sweating. I paid thousands of dollars for this limo and booked it more than half a year in advance and gave Ricky all of the information required, and was very disappointed. This had a MAJOR effect on our day. I called to get some sort of resolution regarding our concerns, they were written off and almost met with the suggestion that WE had done something wrong (asked if we had open booze in the car with us) Ricky advised that he would speak to the driver who was with us that day and call me back. It has been over a month since that phone call took place and I haven’t gotten any calls or emails from the company. I would STRONGLY advise considering another company for any event you require limo service for. I hate to even give them one star but I will, only because the drive showed up on time and took us where we were supposed to be.

Our 'night out' however, wasn't as good - driver was absolutely silent during the drive ignoring any attempts to engage him in conversation and his '30 minute heads up' he requested to pick us up turned into 45-50 minutes. His service is the reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great airport car service!! The driver was so kind. He gave us a cheaper rate because it was his last run of the day, the Denali we rode in was pristine, and the driver even offered to let us stay at his home if we couldn’t make it home because of icy roads!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booking a two way trip from the Winnipeg Airport was simple and made me a little apprehensive as it was so easy dealing with the Company via email. Upon our arrival, the driver was waiting and took charge of collecting our luggage for the 4 of us who are all seniors. He was quite accommodating enroute to our hotel downtown and made a requested stop so we could make a beverage purchase. Our return trip was just as positive and the driver just as friendly and accommodating. It made our visit for a Legion Convention a rewarding and refreshing experience from start to finish and I would recommend this company for any of your ground transportation needs.

I was worried about how to contact him but there he was, right below the escalator to wipe out the anxiety of finding him. Trust me... back home... it’s a treasure-hunt to find someone who would pick you up?. Ricky was extremely professional and timely and very very helpful till he dropped me off at McFeetors and helped me with my extremely heavy bags to. Please convey this message to him and his company ... it was much appreciated. Oh by the way I did feel like a Hollywood star haha ... the car was outta this world ?
The entire experience was nothing less than perfect and seamless to me. This only this to covey the warmth of Winnipeg folk despite the crazy weather updates I’ve been following.
