It had a nice interior/lighting, tv’s, and a good sound system. The karaoke was a bonus. Hardev and his assistant were both very friendly and professional, they made sure that they were on time and that we had the best experience. Overall, my friends and I had fun. I would definitely recommend and will be back again.

We booked over a week prior to our departure date, we paid and confirmed our limo ride 3 times and come the time for pick up they no-showed and told us there was a glitch and didn’t have our confirmation. Messed us up for our ride to where we needed to go. Would never book here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional business. They speak very rudely to their customers. Their customer service (or lack thereof I should say) is absolutely atrocious. They also overcharged greatly. When spoken over the phone they said the total cost would be much cheaper than the email they sent out only a few hours prior to the scheduled ride which at that time was too short of notice to cancel. Super disappointed in the way they interacted with us. If you’re looking into a limo service I suggest you save yourself the trouble and go else where.

Despite calling the dispatcher twice and driver before meeting him it seems the instructions I provided where not really understood. He was late to pick us up at some spots after pick up times where given, he took a long time to turn on the heat in the car and despite having paid for four hours he needed us to call the office and confirm twice just so he would pick us up at our final stop. Small things like not opening the door for us or neglecting to ask if we were ok or happy made it feel like the experience did not meet what it’s potential.
