He was very inflexible with time and provided inconsistent information regarding the cost to repair our home from one day to the next. It forced us to have to ask a second opinion, wasted time and caused a delay in assessing damage in a time sensitive situation.

They basically took the job and whenever they had free time worked on it. The quality was good, but the project management was absolutely non - existent. If time frame is important move on.
