M	Malireality on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly bad nail job , my nails weren’t even and they took a very long time to do them , im only giving them two reviews because if you look at my nails form distance they don’t look that bad , they hurt my cuticles. And they were unterstaffed don’t go here.
l	layla hsn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible. Horrible place. Usually I’m the type to keep quiet but I have never experienced something like this before. I decided to try this place because it was 30$ and I usually get my nails done for 35. ( I know , I’m cheap ) . First off, they were short staffed and although I was one of the first customers , the owner was helping the people that came after me. ( she was going back and forth ) . I asked for coffin as a nail shape and as soon as she started shaping , I realized my thumb was crooked. I hesitated for a bit but since I’M PAYING , I decided to speak up and told her the thumb was crooked and I’d like it to get it fixed. For about 5 mins she kept arguing that I was wrong and it wasn’t crooked but I showed her old pictures of different places and finally to decided to change. My nails still looked horrible and the nail polish did not help. After that , she told me that she was done and I asked her about nail polish and she said that’s another 5$ and she did something with my nails and gave me a discount ? The language barrier was very frustrating because we weren’t able to understand each other and I never asked to get something else , so I did not care for her discount . Also , I wanted to test out colours before applying but she didn’t understand what I was saying . I had another lady painting my nails and she wasn’t sure of her work since she kept stopping and asked me how it was . The nail polish had bubbles in it and it was very streaky. I told her I didn’t like that and the owner came and said it was because it wasn’t dry. I believed her but after 10 mins under the fan , it was a lie. I was so mad I paid and I left without my nails being fully dry .
S	Sandeep Saini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ READ THIS BEFORE WASTING YOUR MONEY SO... My girlfriend wanted to get her nail done and we went here for a acrylic shellac nails. Place wasn't busy and still she had to wait two hours. Because the ladies were having fight for some reason and the lady who was doing the job decided to leave the job in between to go shop in another store coz they were having a sale. Long story short they did the worst job possible and the nails came off two days after. So we went back to her to fix the problem. And she told us she is doing us a Favor by fixing her terrible job. And way she fixed the problem by burning and cutting my girlfriends fingers. I mean how these people still running a business. I highly recommend everyone to spend 10-15 $ extra and go to someone else.

E	Emilie Emond on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend and I went in for a pedicure at 6pm and while being there 4 other customers walked out without service (after sitting in a chair for over an hour), half done nails, etc. One of them even asked if they could just take off what they had half done so she could leave. Instead of turning new customers away, they attempted to juggle 8 customers between 3 employees. It was comical. We sat for an hour soaking our feet. The water was cold when someone came over to help me. By this point my pregnant friend had put her shoes back on and didn't bother since no one was available for her (at 7:30 they told her to sit back down because someone was available)but she turned I down. It was AWFUL.... Watching a trainwreck happening. I finished my pedicure (for whatever reason she only did one coat of color). Definitely couldn't pay me to go back.
C	Celine Larocque on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I HAVE REPORTED THIS BUSINESS TO THE GOVERNMENT FOR FRAUDULENT AND SCAMMING ACTIVITY. They don’t tell you how much dip nails are and convince you to take it saying it’s better for your nails. The lady was 30 minutes late to an appointment that I scheduled a week in advance. The quality is terrible and messy. The whole appointment was rushed. I got a pedicure and asked for clear coat which she forgot to do then rushed to put on and charged me 80$ for the whole appointment for poor quality and rushed work. Only ask for the lady who owns the place. All of the other girls are terrible and will overcharge you for terrible work.
A	Alex Pen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID AT ALL COSTS Would rate 0 stars if I could. Shaved off my cuticles with the electric file. Overcharged me door posted price was $30 then said it was more expensive for dip AFTER. Nails are going in different directions, lumpy, super thick, and misshaped. Very bad experience overall.
