β β β β β I got my ears pierced and was talked into buying the rapid care so that I could change the piercings sooner. Months have gone by and I'm still unable to remove them as they are not fully healed. Wish I had my receipt to go and complain but as I don't I'll advise others not to bother spending the extra money on the rapid care.

β β β β β Management is awful and could not care less about employees or customers. Associates are poorly trained to do ear piercings and the whole thing seems unsanitary. Employees are overworked and unappreciated, and often reduced to tears in front of customers. Lots of gossiping among management and associates, about other employees and customers as well. A super unprofessional environment where it is abundantly clear no one cares about the work, and workers have no idea what they're doing. Also, for the product, earrings are refundable which is disgusting and means the earrings you've bought have probably been worn by someone else. Jewelry is cheap, breaks easily, and is way overpriced for the quality you receive. Also read in the news that there's chemicals in their makeup, so overall i don't think anyone should shop here unless you want to be made fun of and take home cheap garbage

β β β β β This store is the only Claire's situated outside of a mall, and it is at least double the size of most other Claire's. Thus it has a wider selection and alot more space for groups of people to come in.
The displays themselves were tidy and organized, and the customer service I received was fantastic.
I highly recommend visiting this store if you're on Granvilles Street!

β β β β β My friend got her ears pierced here recently and the lady who did the piercing was super professional and clearly very good at her job. There was not much of a wait even though it seemed like a pretty busy time, and you get pretty steeply discounted earrings afterwards.

β β β β β This Claireβs couldnβt be in a better location. It has great deals on fashion accessories, jewelry, etc and often has 3 for 1 offers. The quality isnβt the absolute best but if youβre looking for current trends without spending a ton of money then this is a great place to shop.

β β β β β When I went to Claireβs I got clip on earrings. I thought the earrings were fancy. I wanted to get normal earrings but I didnβt get my ears pierced. I wanted a BFF necklace but I couldnβt get it because my auntie said I wasnβt allowed. The people were very nice. I liked the store a lot. The end.
