★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I started shopping for an engagement ring about a month before I purchased from Pure Diamonds. I had little to no knowledge going in and after getting endless quotes and details and emails from multiple retailers and wholesalers I finally found someone that actually gave me no BS and surprises. Alex was extremely professional and was able to get me the ring and setting custom made for me in just 4 days! I was blown away. Everyone I spoke to told me it would take at least 3-4 weeks. The price was far better than any other wholesaler and retailer I spoke to as well. Once I received the ring, it was far beyond what I expected. 10/10 The diamond was absolutely gorgeous. Being in Sales myself, I really appreciated the professionalism that Alex provided along with his fast and efficient service. After my girlfriend said yes to my proposal we went back to him to get the ring re-sized and was able to get it back in just a few hours! She loves the ring and is getting nothing but compliments on it everyday :) Thank you Alex for your excellent service! I would HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for a ring to visit Alex at Pure Diamonds. I will be coming back here for future purchases and tell all my friends and family as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do yourself a favor and go to Pure Diamond if you need an engagement ring. I saw Aleksi to get an engagement ring for my fiancée and the whole process was amazing! This experience was obviously new to me, but Aleksi guided me every step of the way. He answered all of my questions...believe me, there were a lot. He helped design multiple ring options for me (he rendered each design), and offered his own ideas based on his years of experience. He helped me pick a beautiful diamond, and he managed to use smaller heirloom diamonds in the ring as well. Together, we ultimately created a stunning ring that my fiancée fell in love with at first sight. When she had to get it resized, he was able to do it within a day, which was super convenient. Simply put - Aleksi is the best in the industry and you won't regret working with him and his expertise. We couldn't be happier!

The quality of the engagement ring was just what I had requested and was done in a timely manner. It still amazes me how her friends are amazed by the ring.

He was extremely patient and accommodating throughout the entire process of creating the perfect engagement ring, and it ended up even better than I had imagined. He showed us stones in our price range and build a beautiful radiant cut, pave set ring of my dreams, as a 20th anniversary gift from my husband.
