Contact centre has been very helpful as well as I wasn’t sure if hydro would want to take the old tank as we were on the rental program with them. Turns out they didn’t and as the technician said they would come back for it if hydro wouldn’t! I was super impressed with how quick and easy this crew is!

They quickly came up with alternate fully costed options for me to choose. This involved several visits to measure and bunch of pictures.
Great response from office staff explaining these options. The guys on the job site were quick and professional.

Then, because our hot water tank had so much calcification, it was too heavy for just one person so another team came to pick it up and they were also super friendly and awesome to deal with. After an inspection of the tank and discovering we wouldn't be able to do a straight replacement due to code changes he walked me through the situation and my options in a clear fashion. Even with needing to pick up a different type of tank and bring in an electrician the job was finished less than 7 hours after initially calling them. The technician did a respectable job of cleaning up the workspace and the invoice was simple and exactly as quoted with no unexpected fees. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with this company was great all throughout! We needed to have our water heater tank replaced immediately as it was leaking a lot of water. I called in to check if they could have it done as soon as possible. The earliest was the following day at 8am-10am. Bev booked the appointment for us. She was friendly and I appreciate her taking the time to send the information I asked via email.
The installer, Jordan, arrived on time and finished the work within the timeframe they've given. He was very cautious to not make any loud noises. Before proceeding with the installation, he verified with us the price changes needed. He was very accommodating to our needs. I also appreciate that there was no hidden charges. The price given to us verbally was also the price we paid for.
The only small downside I could think of is that I was the one who cleaned the area where the old water heater tank was. Nonetheless, it was not a bother for me.
We now have our new water heater tank installed and in less than an hour, our hot water is back. I highly recommend City Wide for your water heater service! ??
