★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really great service from Bill Summers! He came to fix our washer and he initially wasn't familiar with the model and told us he couldn't fix it sadly. He didn't charge us for that visit. A couple days later he called told us he looked up the model and could come by now to fix it. Turns out the pump had eaten a sock haha! Would definitely recommend him!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bill came out the next day after an email inquiry, he was pretty on time which is nice with a 2 hour window. He was in and out and fixed the fridge in 30 minutes. He was polite and friendly. I would recommend him to anyone and his rates are more than fair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our dishwasher was giving us an error code, so I called City Wide and Bill answered right away. He was able to come by the same day and when he was running late, he called to let me know. Bill was able to determine the issue with the dishwasher fairly quickly and resolved the issue, which was a blocked hose. Bill is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Everything you like in a repair man. I recommend City Wide and will call Bill again if the need arises. The cost of his services is very reasonable as well. Thanks Bill, great work!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After our dryer had a major failure including smoke and fire damage to the until we called to book a service call with Bill at City Wide Appliance. Bill was able to come promptly on the day I was available and showed up right on time for the house call. He was very polite, respectful and professional in assessing the damage and possible repairs with a quote and suggestion on what to do. I would absolutely use his services again and would highly recommend him for any appliance repairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For years I have been using the services of another appliance repair guy. Last time I called him he advised me he was retiring. I asked him to recommend another Appliance repair company. He recommended Bill from City Wide. I have now used Bill on 2 different occasions. Both times he has been great at communicating, punctual and the invoices have been more than fair. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was an amazing experience with Mr. Bill , very knowledgeable , professional, and responsible technician. My Samsung dryer was not working from last week. Fortunately , I found City Wide Appliance Co. and have been through reviews that lead me to call Mr. Bill. He fixed my dryer within a little more than an hour. There was not enough space to work in the laundry room but he made it. First , he had to unhook the washer to work on the dryer. He explained me everything what was wrong and changed the part. The charges were fair and reasonable. I would love to recommend him to my friends.

He came out to diagnose a problem with my nearly new range and narrowed it down to the Oven Control Module, but wasn't absolutely certain, so referred me to another technician who was able to confirm the problem. As he wasn't certain of the diagnosis, he even refunded his fee, after the other technician charged for his services; he didn't feel it was fair that I should get charged twice. It's rare to find someone as fair and honest as Bill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't actually use this business but the honesty and transparency needs to be noticed. This company did not advertise " free quote" only to charge a diagnostic fee whether you accept the fake free quote or not. My inquiry was answered fast and was even willing to talk with me on phone first. My landloards decided to replace the faulty fridge instead of repair. However the smaller guy deserves the business!!!
