★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baked goods galore!!! Lots of Vegan options.
If you are out in Abby or heading out of the city, stop in and grab some really good snacks.
Part of it is also a grocery store. They have many options, including cheaper and fresh "silver hills" bread.
The staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food and goodies from Sprouted Oven are always amazing. They have the best chocolate zucchini muffins I've ever tried. And I love the variety of things they carry in the grocery section. Their bread and tortillas are way better than the regular grocery store ones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first visit and I was excited to try their menu. We ordered. I like that they have a fresh fruit with your order option. I ordered the veggie sandwich and it looked so good. Took three tasty bites and enjoyed it until I found a very long black hair in my sandwich. The sandwich ended up in the compost and I ate my apple. So disappointed. I don't think I will order from their food menu. I might purchase some of their speciality products as they have a good selection.
Update January 4, 2022:. Sprouted Oven has contacted me to let me know that they will be taking steps to ensure that a similar experience won't happen for others. They also provided a $30 gift card as a way of rectifying to this situation. I recognize that what happened was not intentional and appreciate their efforts to make the matter right. Thank you Sprouted Oven for your due diligence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great spot for gluten free and lactose free goods. I always get my bread here! I usually also leave with some great cashew "cream cheese" (seriously, try it!) and a fresh baked treat from the in-house bakery. The whole staff is always so kind and friendly. Highly recommend stopping by!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favourite little lunch cafe/small shop for unique vegan food products and soup/sandwich/bakery type food. The pizza is always amazing! Pizza in the photo is the garden veggie but every pizza they have is really really tasty. I come here almost every time I come to Abbotsford. Great selection of refrigerated and shelf stable vegan foods like candy, pasta, soup, spices, beans, vegan meats. They definitely have an emphasis on high quality, organic, and non gmo food which I really appreciate.

Sprouted oven always has delicious food and the staff are always friendly and welcoming!
