R	Ritz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great studio, with good atmosphere and energetic instructors. I was a member at the old studio a few years ago. I noticed they have changed the classes significantly, the classes are more tailored towards fitness, and less with vinyasa flow style yoga. I particularly did not care for the hot fit flow class, I was expecting a freedom flow style version of the class but it was 90% fitness. I workout 4-5 times a week at a gym, and I was looking for an alternative way of releasing stress, ie yoga. I am aware that this studio is both yoga and fitness, however it would be nice to see the old schedule with yoga classes in the evenings.

Made no attempts to rectify the situation at all. Very nice studio, great classes and a couple great teachers. I find the remaining rude, stuck up and less than helpful. And as you can see from the below response that they don't care about rectifying the situation - only handing out condescending "apologies"

There is something for everyone at this studio and the instructors are great. REALLY looking forward to getting back to classes when the restrictions lift!

J	Jared K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Still charging my wife after over a year of inactivity, sent mustiple emails and they seem to have no phone impossible to get a hold of for a year. We went to the location July 22 and they explained had some complications with their system after closing for a year due to covid. The man cancelled her membership but had issues refunding our debit card so he kindly paid us out in cash. He solved any issues and customer service was excellent i understand they went through some issues with system and closing sue to covid so overall we are happy with the response repayment and kindness

I just wanted to let everyone know that Oxygen Yoga Abbotsford is under NEW Ownership :) I cannot reflect how awesome this is as the previous owners did not acquire a good reputation. As a previous member under the old owner I can already feel the vibrant and positive energy. Like most who were left with a sour taste in there mouth from the previous owners, I quit and vowed never to go back. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked by the other day and was greeted by one of the instructors I had practiced under who informed me of the changes. Welcome back Oxygen
M	MJ Landry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New owners are garbage. Would not honour my punch pass being a new owner because I did not use it in a while since I moved out of town. I had over 30 classes wasted. Really disappointed. Save your money and go to a better yoga studio that actually cares about you.
