β β β β β apparently these bad reviews were due to a employee that was terminated a while back, i just showed up there a few minutes from closing and the counter guy was patient and helpful. i mentioned the bad reviews and he filled me in and told me its too bad the reviews stick even after the bad apple is long gone.

β β β β β there are two synonyms in the dictionary that describe the people and management working at the Langley store. Ineptitude and Incompetence. The majority of staff have no idea what they are doing. To top it off, the "manager" is as rude as they come and needs a world of training in regards to being polite, helpful, and making the customer feel welcome enough to actually want to purchase something from this store. God forbid that you actually want to order something, as it will be written on a scrap piece of paper and forgotten as soon as you walk out the door.
Save yourself the pain of dealing with these people, and for an absolutely positive experience, with instant satisfaction, try dealing with the Abbotsford store. They are everything the Langley store is not.

β β β β β The staff were nice enough but we needed to do a return 3 days after purchase with the receipt and the product had not even been opened. They charge you a "restocking fee" which is another term for cash grab. This policy is archaic, I won't purchase from these guys again.

β β β β β I tried ordering a few items from two staff members( in person & via email ).They assured my only a week to get them in, when I emailed back two weeks later they ignored me completely.
You'd find more professionalism at McDonalds, bunch of clowns working here!!
If you have a deadline and need supplies don't waste your time here like I did !!.
