★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called for a simple fix on my RV toilet and was told "we don't work on camper vans". I had explained that it is a 2005 Sprinter camper. Will NOT recommend this joint to anybody.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought in our older (90's Dutchman) for roof sealing, at the last minute we added tires and bearings packed to the work order - and a few other bits and pieces.... they were so accommodating!! The work was done in a very timely manner. The service was friendly and informative - and they kept the bill under the estimated costs - They will be our first call, if/when we need RV parts or service again....and would recommend them to anyone who needed their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All I know is we came in under budget. True, so we got all of our windows resealed. All of the work we had done is first rate or I should say done right the first time. The price, time frame and all of the repairs were beyond expectations. Well done. The total customer service package from our first phone call to the first class repairs. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t write a lot of reviews. But when you get a level of customer service second to none it deserves to be recognized. All the staff were so knowledgeable, accommodating and really helpful.
The cargo trailer I rented was very well equipped and ready for the road. OK, it was brand new. But I’m guessing there trailers don’t leave the yard any other way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't like to give out bad reviews as the person I am dealing with could have been having a bad day, as we all can... but this was deplorable service... a MINIMUM of 6 (and numerous phone calls by myself... NOT them) instore interactions with 2 of the front end staff over a 3.5 month span and it was the same each time. Very unhelpful, uncooperative (aren't you in the SERVICE industry?) And just downright unpleasant to deal with. I was made to feel as if I was bothering them. It came across as if they really couldn't care if they had my business or not.
Now, having said that, i also understand that during this period of unprecedented delays of supplies I can see there being a delay of sorts, but every time I came in its like they were surprised to see me and had more excuses on why the product wasn't there. I had to CONTINUOUSLY follow up as they had no intention of taking care of me as a customer. There was only one call to me (I checked my phone logs for accuracy) about any delays. I was told twice that it would be "on the next shipment" but never received a call on if it was or was not actually shipped. I had to go in and find out that it hadn't actually arrived. I'm a paying customer that expects a higher degree of customer care and service. This isn't a fast food chain, its an RV store! You aren't dealing with teenagers with $20 in their pockets, you are dealing with mature adults with rigs worth hundreds of thousands of dollars... the least you could is ACT like you want my business.
When the product finally arrived the installation was done impeccably. Done by a true craftsman.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to begin with stating that although I received poor customer service, my warranty issue was ultimately resolved by Citation.
I needed to warranty a roof vent I’d purchased a few months previously. I was informed over the phone that whilst this was possible, I’d have to rip out my old roof vent to send back to the company before a warranty could be completed.
As I only required the lid to the roof vent I asked if it were possible to maybe avoid ripping out the entire roof vent to receive a new lid. Ultimately this was not possible.
I asked wanted to contact the manufacturer to enquire myself if there were any other options. I politely asked questions over the phone with Citation regarding possible solutions. In the course of these questions the phone was hung up by Citation on two occasions. The attendant was extremely rude and would not entertain either my questions or any alternative possibility.
I accept the warranty regulations are out of Citations hands. They also are a busy company and might not have time to answer questions or enquire about alternative routes to take. That’s why I was prepared to do the work and also kept my questions to a minimum and remained polite throughout.
The service I received back was some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The attendant was rude and not at all accommodating.
I’ll finish by again stating that despite this rudeness, I received my warranty and the attendant in question did put through my warranty once I’d sent my old roof vent back. The outcome I’m not disputing, but the poor level of customer service left a lot to be desired to say the least. For such an expensive store I’d think basic manners could be expected from their members of staff. I cannot recommend Citation RV based on the poor customer service I received.
