M	Melissa G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our fantastic experience began when I contacted Dr. Kanu’s office to book an appointment and they had availability within a few days of my call. This is a procedure that is best to do sooner than later with a newborn so I was happy we were able to get an appointment. Their website was very detailed with a video and document to help prepare us for what to expect. We appreciate the details especially since this was the first time we had gone through it. It was nice that sugar balls were provided as I’ve heard of other clinics requesting to bring your own sugar water. Raj and staff were all wonderful with showing us all of the aftercare steps required. The staff and Dr. Kanu were also great with answering my questions 24 hours after the procedure and responded quickly. Another great benefit was being able to contact them at the office or 24/7 by cell phone. I would recommend Dr. Kanu to anyone! Thanks again for a wonderful experience!

Although the staff was kind, we were not forewarned that we would have to hold our child during the procedure, seeing all of the blood and tears. As first time parents, this was incredibly unsettling. The doctor hit the artery and ended up giving my son four stitches, and then he dropped the scissors on my son’s leg and that started bleeding too. After multiple follow ups where they told us to just apply Vaseline, we consulted with a urologist who informed us that the circumcision was not even fully complete. We will now have to bring our son in to go under general anesthesia to get it finished and fixed. Please, go to a surgeon for this procedure. Pay the extra money and get it done right the first time.

We were given the option to stay in the room which was important to us, the care taken to minimize pain was above and beyond, and the follow up care exceptional leaving no questions or concerns. I had my first son circumcisized elsewhere and this experience was far superior. Looks wise, healing wise and care wise, 5 stars all around.

His team took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the procedure and provided a detailed after care tutorial. Very impressed with the 24 hr phone call access directly to the Dr. They made us feel very comfortable during the whole experience.

It also gave me peace of mind that the doctor gave us his personal phone number to contact in case of any concerns and I really appreciated him calling afterwards to make sure everything was okay.

We have driven over 158km in the past, to get quality/recommended clinic with our first son. However, we gave this a try with our second son after going through the reviews. Honestly, the whole experience was awesome! Clean removal, no bleeding. My baby even slept off.? I highly recommend this clinic and Dr Kanu anytime and anyday.

The team was professional and ensured that we felt comfortable during all steps of the procedure. Dr. Kanu’s cell is given for emergencies, which was a great reassurance if we felt something was wrong with the healing process. The following day we had a phone call from the nurse checking in to see how the first night went, on day 4 you are told to check in with Dr. Kanu via text and on day 7 there was an in person follow up. Thank you to Dr. Kanu and his team for making my son’s circumcision a good experience, we will definitely recommend him to other parents!
