From the friendly helpful ladies who schedule the appointments and greet you when you enter to receiving treatment from Dr Kolenda. They are all amazing !!! I receive the majority of my treatments from Czarina and she is absolutely phenomenal. Always so kind and explains everything she is doing. I am planning an upcoming surgical procedure and would never go anywhere else. Thank you everyone at Verso ?

He’s great at giving his input to help achieve the best results that will ultimately suit your face specifically. He narrowed down all of the details with me prior to the surgery and this helped me to be prepared for the surgery and recovery. This was fantastic from start to end!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To put it simply, Dr. Kolenda is a brilliant surgeon.
In late 2020 I required a total thyroidectomoy and was thankfully referred to him. A few years back he had performed surgery for my father so I was well aware of what a great surgeon he was.
His technique was so minimally invasive that I didn't require any pain medication at all after the surgery, not even ibuprofen or acetaminophen, and the incision site, once healed, became barely noticeable.
Every encounter I had with Dr. Kolenda and his team, whether via phone call or in person was positive and reassuring.
If you're looking for the highest standard of care and complete confidence in your surgeon then I highly recommend Dr. Jack Kolenda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had the worst patient/customer service at this practice. The reception staff are rude and snarky. I booked an appointment for dissolving under ultrasound - I drove an hour to get there. Upon arrival the male at reception asked me to wait, I was then in a waiting room. i waited in there for over 40 minutes with absolutely no updates from staff. I then left the surgery and asked the male at reception to please give an update - in which he had no reply. The nurse came in after 40+ minutes of em waiting for Dr. Kolenda, as soon as i asked if Dr. Kolenda will be seeing me, she immediately got defensive and said she must see me first. After waiting 1.5 hours she told me the ultrasound machine is not working. She asked if I still wanted to see Dr. Kolenda, I said after waiting 1.5 hours that's the least you think they could do.
Fast forward we rebooked my appointment for today. The day of the procedure the same condescending nurse calls me and says Dr. Kolenda cannot see me as he has a surgery and his surgical patients comes first. The next date they are willing to give me is in May - absolutely no attempt to make up for this.
Dr. Kolenda, based on other reviews I have seen as well- you should re-evaluate the people you are hiring as your staff. From the snarky male receptionist at the front to the condescending nurse with patient/customer service skills. I am not upset about the appointment having to be re-scheduled but more so with the communication and problem solving skills of this staff.

He is amazing at his craft and has an exceptional eye for aesthetics. The surgery went smoothly and the results were better than I could have imagined.
