★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funny after reading previous comment very easy to believe an employee that was previously an employee of this branch by the name of Alexandru Nastase has just transferred to a branch on 1285 st. Clair that i have used for 10 years threatened to call 911 on me because I told him I didn't trust him and wanted someone else to serve me. This after refusing to allow me to join him in his office to figure out problem regarding my account. When told I had to make a credit card payment I went to attempt to only to have him confront me on my way to the teller. I informed him numerous times I didn't want him around me. He then began threatening to call 911 because he claimed I was a hostile customer even though on numerous occasions I told him I didn't want him around me and felt he was threatening and invading my personal space. As he hovered over my shoulder being restrained by the manager ordering me to hurry up pay and leave. Feeling threatened and embarrassed i refused to pay. He then claimed I was putting on a show while standing in the branch with my friends 10yr old daughter. What a joke my own opinion think twice before getting into business with this individual by the name Alexandru Nastase

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Known for selling fraudlent mortgage. Beware, after getting mortgage, you will be hit with the admin fee on bi-weekly basis on top of your mortgage payments.
Your Financial advisor will hide this fact hoping you won't mind the surprise.
Unless you don't mind giving your money away, avoid National Bank at all cost.

Shama as a personal advisor is top notch and is always on the ball to get things done, no pressure! Glad my things and all with you guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday was the last straw. After years of poor service, this bank confirmed that they don't want my business!!!! I received a letter notifying me that one of my GICs had matured. NO instructions on how they would like me to contact them for the renewal. So I called and waited 75 minutes on the line. Given with the account number and certificate number on the letter, the customer service agent was not able to find it. He did find my customer file using my name, address, phone number and birthdate. He then said he didn't have enough information and that I would have to go to a branch and present my driver's license to complete this renewal. The comfortable green bank actually calls me to renew GICS. Yes, the people in this branch are nice, but head office is not.
