★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a consultation for abdominal Emsculpt at the Mississauga centre in Fall of 2021. Being deemed an 'ideal candidate' for the results I was seeking, I was offered a promotional package of multiple sessions. Chosing to hold off for 6 mnths as I needed to lose about 5-7kg, I began and completed my package of treatments in April '22. Needless to say, I am vastly disappointed. The results I sought and led to believe achievable, were far from met. After my last session, I spoke with the Manager Svetlana about my displeasure. It was clear from her comments that I was mislead in my initial consultation. Furthermore, the few extra complimentary sessions I had hoped for were negated. While the facility itself was clean and the staff courteous, my displeasure remains solely with the deceptive consult and management's lax effort to make things right...or at least attempt to.

Thank you Julia for always doing my treatments with such care. And shout out to my recent technician Kash! She was amazing and very due diligent. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had horrible experience coming to this store. I came for consultation for coolsculpting. The lady is actually very judgemental and very opinated to her words and thoughts. As soon we want to know discussed about cool sculpting, she went off topic by looking my body and throat claiming i may have thyroid, hormones issue that i should suggest to go naturopathic doctor. She was giving me look up and down which got me so uncomfortable. Also, she is not certified to suggest we should recommend naturopathic. Moreover, she is very opinionated to her own thoughts, words which was sooo unethical and unprofessional. She should know her boundaries between personal and professional thought unless if we ASK for some opinion . She refused to give coolsculpting services. Even i had went other coolsculpting location had willing to give services. I found her rude and obesity discrimination. I went in my car and start crying.. never again i would ever step this store.

Kash, the technician that has been completing my laser hair removal treatment, is adept and very kind. Her strong expertise in laser hair removal and safety is what has allowed me to achieve the best possible results throughout my treatment.
Overall, my laser treatment journey with New You Spa has been nothing less than amazing!

Laser Hair removal treatments have been completed with care and always professional! Loved my results after a few sessions. Not to mention the facility is always clean and organized. They are my go to!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been with this clinic for a few years now, and have gone through multiple technicians. I’ve found great results with laser hair removal, but I still come in for check ups every 3-4 months since it was included in my initial package. I think the technician makes the biggest difference - recently I had Kashmala and she was very due diligent so I will continue working with her. Even though it was our first session together, she made sure to address my areas of concern that have been missed by others. Aside from that, the clinic location is super nice and clean. Would highly recommend!
