★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My review is specifically about agent JOHN CHUNJIANG WANG. My husband and I have purchased, sold a few properties in the past but recently reside in a rental for this past year. We're moving as we've purchased a property and this agent decided to show up to his viewing appointment 45 min early and thought he'd be able to enter promptly. My husband said we needed time as they were 45min early and we have a baby. We suggested 15min but quickly asked for them to return in 30min (closer to their 3:15 apt) as we needed to get our baby up from a nap and out the door. We were out of the house by 2:50 only for them not to return. My complaint is not that they did not return, it's the fact that the agent could've cancelled through the booking portal or told us that they were not coming back. We are in the process of packing and have a baby so to take up nearly 1hr30min of our time is precious, especially the day before our move. Not to mention the nearly 40 degree weather outside with a baby as we have no family nearby to go to. This agent was very inconsiderate.
