When I was looking to sell my home Charlene understood my situation and adapted accordingly. With having small children she was very strategic in how we were going to sell my home and I must say from the time she put up the exclusive sign and in a blink of an eye my house was sold. What I appreciated was that when the buyer presented a price, which in my mind I was good with. Her first response was “I’m not comfortable in selling your home for that price”. With her strong negotiation skills she was able to get more money without even putting the sale in jeopardy. Then when it came to looking for a new home she was prepared. She vetted the homes, provided me the benefits and in some case future things I needed to consider if I was interested in a certain property. I was able to purchase my new home with ease and once again her impressive negotiation and presentation skills made the buyers have no question in wanting to sell their home to us. We were considering selling an investment property that we owned for years. We were very apprehensive about our decision and not sure what we should do.
