★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have an older father that has been banking with CIBC for over 60 years.
He had a scam call and tried to get in touch with someone from the branch to make sure everything is OK...it seems almost impossible to talk with someone. You have to make an appointment to meet but when you leave a message to set up the appointment no one calls back. Meanwhile he is stressed out about what is happening with his account. Technology is great, but for people that need help the most, like their oldest customers, CIBC is failing miserably!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the people that work there are lovely but the service is so slow. even worse during COVID19 because their hours are reduced to 10am to 1pm. they cannot accommodate their clients if they are open only 3 hours a day.
