Absolutely dismayed at the treatment my husband and I recieveed at our local salmon arm branch. Having been a long standing customer at this branch we would have expected at least a modicome of respect. They either out and out lied to us, they don't want our businesses anymore or are completely incompetent. Either way they lost us as customers. Will be changing our financial institute asap before they get one more penny of interest out of us. I would have given this review a zero but I guess they think that doesn't exsist.

Super long lines, no service, and zero communication, the pandemic has affected everyone,only this bank has these 30 person line up. So would give it zero but 1 is lowest google gives. I don't even have an account there I have to deposit for rentals.

Store hours are when most people are at work or working. Normal people have to take time off work to go to the bank instead of them being open at 8 or 9 weekdays and/or habing it open on the weekend. Hardest bank to get loan with regardless of history with them or not. The staff are okay one or two that are reallly nice. Yet the management seems to be bit slow to run it well, because when its busy they still keep one or two tills open making the linees extremely long and tiresome service to just do simple things. Not mention when you call it goes to a automated system which makes trying to make appointments 10x longer.

Horrible experience. Horrible service. My mom died recently and as executor I have to close her accounts. I spent an hour on hold before reaching anybody who could help. In the end, they said I had to go into the branch with the death certificate to finalize it. I asked if I needed anything else or if I needed an appointment or could I drop into any branch. They said I could just drop in. So I dropped in (very inconvenient to me, as I have two small kids in tow, and the branch is not close to me). They inform me that I would need an appointment and "I dunno who you talked to" but that I'd been misinformed. Didn't offer to try and find someone to squeeze me in, absolutely unapologetic. They should be ashamed of their in person and phone customer service.

After waiting 2 weeks for bank appointment, service representative was unable to assist, due to not being authorized to offer bank advice. Another 2 week wait, and a repeat of meeting took place. TD not providing timely advice, do to under training their staff. Tried calling direct, but received standard message, β€œDo to the high volume of calls, wait times up to 1 hour plus.” No options for call back. Boo!
