★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would be willing to rate higher because I have been with them for many years, but the situation lately has left me very disenchanted with this branch. I have been waiting days for a return call from a specific person in branch and nothing. When you are trying to purchase a home and they do not even bother to return calls or call when they say they will, it is very disheartening and it leaves the customer feeling like they are not an important or valued customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are certain individuals I hold in high esteem and feel that their work and quality would improve if given proper facility.
However is also the issue that late night use of the ATM has sometimes been met with issues. Those said issues are not because of CIBC but rather the local less than welcome who help themself to panhandling right outside the doors usually.
