Called the office 3 times just to get told twice it's being worked on and once that the girl would get head office to call me right away. That's been an hour and still waiting. Not very good customer service?then I call the toll free number to be told that the lady I talked to will look into it and call me back in a couple minutes...almost an hour ago. Very unsatisfactory customer service. Doesn't even deserve the one star I gave more like -5 stars
