Montebello Medical Clinic

Dr Howatt is a great doctor. She always listens to our families concerns and sends us to the best of the best for referrals. The receptionist ladies are always very welcoming and friendly and it's always a good experience. I would highly recommend montebello clinic to anyone.

There is some serious issues with this clinic. There is some Doctors that seem to genuinely care about their patients, however Dr.G is not one of them. My wife and I were referred here by our doctor to have our first baby. We saw Dr. H a couple times and she took the time to answer questions and made sure that we were comfortable before we left. The majority of our visits were with Dr. G she would make us wait at least a half hour before each scheduled appointment sometimes more than 1 hour. Post birth we would be put in a room after having our baby stripped to be weighed to wait with our baby naked in not the warmest of room for a half hour while she is wandering up and down the halls chatting with staff and eating. When she comes in the room she is already ready to walk back out the door. I can understand you are busy and have many patients but everyone is entitled to proper medical care in Canada so when an appointment is made for a check up do your job and take the time to do the check up. It is not your chance to catch up and rush people out because you have overbooked yourself to cram in the visits and $. The appointments I was not able to attend my wife would come home so upset she struggled with C-section that did not go smoothly. Dr.G was not even interested in looking her over. My wife had to tell her that she had not be checked since leaving the hospital and then Dr.G did an exam. We will not be going back to this clinic, we will be going to Vernon for all of our baby needs for our future children this place needs some serious restructuring. "My name is not Joe"

Can’t ever get a hold of them. Called in the morning and message machine said they were in a meeting phone lines open at 9am. Called at 9:45 waited on hold for 15 minutes before it told me to call back later because lines were too busy and not to leave a message because they don’t check it. A doctor office… where people come when they are having health issues won’t answer there phone and doesn’t open there messages. What a joke. Time to get another receptionist.
