★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed to see a doctor on a Saturday and called in to ensure the clinic was open. Got told yes and to come back at 4 because it is my family doctor and they only take patients for walk ins after 4. Went to work in pain, and came back at 4 only to find out the doors were closed and that they were closed at 2. Not super happy because of this I am risking losing my job because it makes me look like a fool

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I had to drop by this clinic. Although I don't live in this town, everyone was very warm and kind. The doctor was one of the best doctor we've ever met, and we truly appreciate his advice and help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure if I am posting on the correct medical center as Google pulls this clinic up for Harbourfront- perhaps a change of name? Dr. McKee really took to the time ask questions and understand my issues and front desk is helpful and very nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went inside door and pushed button to let them know I was there for dr appt was taken in and right to dr office after using hand sanitizer. I had no wait time which was nice. Signs up for the pharmacy right inside door on how many people inside at a time which is 3

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I get there after work and get told that I need to book an appointment; I tried calling no one picked up! And that I would need to be there at 4 and wait up to 2 hours to get in!
I get off work at 4:30

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Clay Wilders is quite possibly the worst physician I have ever had the misfortune of speaking to. He is extremely arrogant and lacks the ability to actual listen to what his patient is telling him. There are dozens of ratings on RateMyMd that all say the same thing.
Stay far away from this doctor if you want to avoid needless suffering due to his incompetence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My doctor is amazing, but whomever is in charge of answering the phones for him needs to do a better job. Everytime I call the clinic the phone rings for at least 10 minutes before someone picks up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've hear people say poor things about the receptionist at this walk-in clinic. I have never experienced it until today.
The hospital suggested that I go to this walk-in clinic to save time. Instead of waiting in the emergency.
When we got to the walk-in clinic we were met with aggressive and abusive attitudes from the receptionist. Perhaps she was having a bad day. I am unable to speak for her.
However, telling someone to calm down. After yelling at them yourself. I think that is out of order.
People that know me know I don't back down to bulliys. These receptionist obviously doesn't know me.
Why three stars after this review? Because everyone is aloud to have a bad day. I hope they have a better one tomorrow.
The doctor was awesome by the way, because of her my daughter is doing great.
