★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The website says no appointment required so I showed up at 10:50, the live tracker said they were as busy as they usually get. When I arrived I was the only one in the parking lot. I could see two employees inside and I waited for 30 mins when I finally just left after talking to someone in the phone from Interior health who had no idea what was going on. They didn’t even have the courtesy to come and talk to me as the sign says a nurse would come out to the car. I’m incredibly sick and don’t have time for that. Update your website.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disgusted by the complete switch in attitude towards me upon finding out I am First Nations. Went to Enderby where I was treated with dignity and like a human. Retrain your reception, this is absolutely unacceptable!
