B	Brandi Desroches on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Edmondson was very quiet when I came in to visit with my son. As I explained my concerns she looked him over. I had mentioned I was googling symptoms as I am a first time mom and wasn't sure about some things. After she finished a very short exam of him she got up told me "welcome to the real world" (of parenting I assume) then as she walked out said "And quit googling stuff" and just walked out without another word. I was taken aback and left feeling insecure and upset. I will not be going back to see her ever again and feel that a little compassion and understanding would have gone a long way but instead I receive a very cold and judgmental doctor only making me feel worse.

If you are a walk-in, yes you probably wait for a good length of time. Totally unfair to be critical of the wait. My 10 years experience at this clinic with Dr. Lorenz and others has been nothing but the best.

Whether a walk in or to see our regular MD Dr Heunis we were always treated with courtesy and respect. Walk in's of course have to wait for an opening but when we had an appointment we never had to wait long. I have a chronic pain complaint for which there is no cure. Dr. Heunis worked with me for years to give me relief, going above and beyond his normal professional obligation with his research and application of new and innovative developments in pain management. Our gratitude goes out to Dr. Heunis and the front end staff who were ever patient and considerate of our needs. Thank you all. James Roberts and Paulette Mckinnon.
L	Laura Turner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great walk in clinic - doctors are incredibly friendly and take all the time needed with each patient. Closes at 2pm Saturdays, afterwards only medical facility open is hospital
V	Vika Ipa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The clinic is in a good central location. Has good parking and is right next to a pharmacy. The clinic is always clean and is quite nice on the inside. But, the best thing about the office is Dr. Heunis. Dr. Heunis has been my family doctor for 10 years now. He is the best physician anyone could ask for. He has helped me so many times, through a variety of issues. He is kind but honest. He will get things done, like referrals for treatment, to other specialists or for surgery. He does not sit on his hands and is very efficient. He is a great doctor and a great man. If you find yourself in the care of Dr. Heunis, consider yourself lucky.

C	Carmine Capone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a patient for many years now, the Clinic is getting worse and worse, at the door the sign clearly ask not to be rude to the employees, and that's the way it should be! But what about the employees not to be rude with patients? Shouldn't go both ways? The women there are not only rude and dismissive on the phone, but also in person when you get to the office! Why do they go to work, if they don't like what they do? I surely know, that because of patients, salaries for those unhappy and very rude employees at Mount Ida Clinic, are paid! So why be so rude and dismissive? It's a shame, there is no more professionalism and love for the job and work place! Very disappointing!
