★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time I've ever complained online about an establishment. By far the worst customer service I've ever had. I've had appointment no-shows, bank errors, security breaches and I've been waiting almost a week to have my pay check deposited, it still hasn't come in. Their proposed solution? "Ask your parents to borrow some money." Disgraceful.

There's one teller in particular whose not only hella handsome, but he's super friendly and quick everytime!
There's a couple awesome ladies there too (Marjoan!) and Karalee is a godsend of a Financial Service Rep!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At 4:44 pm, Oct. 29/19 line up of 13 people plus two at the two teller cages typical for site. Didn't leave until 5:15 pm.
I told the manager during that half hour I would've left CIBC years ago and the only reason I have an account there is because of the free money orders.
Also told her the sign over the teller desks should be changed from "Client Services" to "Sheeple".
Hillside CIBC is about twice as far for me as downtown CIBC but it's a lot quicker to go to Hillside.
My guess is these long line ups are orchestrated by CIBC to manipulate so-called clients into performing self serve by internet and the ATMs. If big oil and Walmart can cut cashiers and their wages, why not the banksters?
I clicked one star so this could be posted, but really, out of five stars this particular CIBC is a minus 4. Ditto for the nearby RBC and TD.

The staff was very friendly and informative when I need assistance. Personally, I also like how the CIBC website has information that I want to know, easy to read and understand.
