P	Paul McNair on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been with TD since 1980 and this branch may be the worst bank in the world. The line ups are atrocious, minimal staff, they offer you a service and then are not educated about their products, simply inept at banking.

We had an appointment today to switch our banking over to TD, we scheduled this appointment weeks ago and organized our lives around it only to get to the bank today to find out this branch is closed today. We have e-mail confirmations that today was our appointment and that this was the correct location. No one has contacted us about this, we can't get ahold of anyone (by phone or e-mail), and this mistake on their part is likely to cause us to incur fees at both of our financial institutions because we can't complete the transfers by month end. Absolutely ridiculous. I sincerely hope someone from TD reads this and reaches out to us soon.
c	c.a. greene on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome guy, helped me! He was so wonderful and understanding! When I had called in I was upset, he fixed the issue with my account and left me smiling! The call went right through and no wait time. Nice to speak to a real person for a change! Well done!
D	Dan Foster on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was expecting a new credit card to be delivered to the branch and was told 5-10 business days. I called at 12 business days because I was waiting to book and trip, and despite having the cash at hand, I wanted to use the new card for the points. The person I talked to was not only unhelpful but rude and basically rushed me off the phone saying "have we called you yet? no? when it get's here we'll call you." Well today, business day #17, I went into the branch in person after the trip I was hoping to book went up by almost $200 due to the delay. Well what do you know, my card had been there waiting for almost 10 days! The rude employee I talked to would have saved me $200 had he just done his job and looked to see if my card was in, rather than essentially telling me off for having the audacity to follow up on my card delivery. If I wasn't a life long customer with multiple TFSA's, RSPs, credit cards and a line of credit, I would be moving banks.
g	gloria jean on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ why are all the 5 stars from local guides?? This is one of the most inept, incompetent and unprofessional banks ever. Sloppy errors, numbers get transposed, and we find that we are constantly returning to the bank for a fix-up. We recently ordered two sets of cheques, they get one right, and the other had to be re-ordered because they simply "forgot". The managers are always changing - wonder why.
R	Robyn Willock on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst bank experience I have ever had. It took me 5 months and constant visits for them to retrieve one of my banking statements. I had told them I severely needed them and it was for legal purposes I get them, and every time I went in, they were of zero help. All I get back is "we will call you when we receive them from head office" and no phone call ever came. I was persistent and took time out of my work day to go in and I basically had to start all over every time. Finally after months of what me going in and calling and bothering them I finally get my papers. They said I was a priority, which is absolutely ridiculous. This is the reason I now have an account somewhere else. Terrible customer service.

We used to deal with Spencer, but since He has been promoted to another Branch, we were very happy that we were introduced to Anthony (AJ). We are looking forward to dealing with him in the Future.

Big shoutout to Belu, and also the branch manager (i didn’t quite get her name - she has blonde-ish hair) and last but definitely not least, the kind and nice Indian guy at the counter (didn’t quite get his name as well). Really appreciate you all!
