R	Rajith Don on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to take this opportunity to thank Ms. Carmen Hooge who is working at CIBC Terrace, BC, for the excellent customer service that she extended to me yesterday I had an appointment with her at 10.00am on Thursday, my requirements were to apply for a credit card and to get some info about applying for a car loan I have almost been here in Canada about 2months and totally new to whole system, I sat with here in her office to discuss about my stuff, and the way she explained whole thing was tremendous, while looking into even smaller details and having answered my 100 of questions, plus so many other answers that she anticipated having thought would be useful for me as a new comer to Canada, And the patience and enthusiasm she had with the sole intension of helping me out was great Once again, thanks millions! Carmen for the brilliant service, and I believe she would be a great asset to the CIBC
