★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was on the phone for hours trying to get through. No easy way to just talk to a person. Please press this, please press that...when finally got through they couldnt help. ( I went through this process 7 times!) All I wanted was a mortgage statement. Had to drive 35 kms and waste my gas to go in and get it.
