J	Jas Sandu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed an online order and I realized some of my items in my order was missing when I got home, I called to tell them but the lady who answer said you need to call back tomorrow, and when I ask for the manager she said it was her but you are very unprofessional for a manager, when someone whom works in the store messed up a customers order and causes inconvenience. You as a manager should try your best to resolve the problem and give some customer service. But all I got was “the lady already left and you need to call back”. She obviously didn’t want to fix my issue and her tone of voice was not pleasant and no professionalism. Disappointed! You should have better customer service for such a big store.

A lady that worked there came up to me and told me I was not aloud in the store with my dog even if she’s a service dog, she then proceeded to tell me that only eye seeing dogs are aloud in the store. She was very rude and embarrassed me infront of a large amount of customers even though I’m suppose to have my service dog with me at all times! Here is proof that she is wrong and she should apologize, but I guarantee that will never happen. So much for customer service!

It is a good store but I’ve learned this time that you really have to look at the expiry dates before you buy something. I’ve always just grabbed what I needed. But this time when I got up to Stewart I found that one of my items Is expired by three weeks.

Gained an extra star for friendly checkout clerk, and the very helpful security at the door who unlocked a cart for me when I found myself without change.

They stock fresh and delicious produce from mangos, pomegranates and strawberries to kale, spinach, and carrots at affordable prices. I enjoy the save on rewards system, including all the personalized offers I can load to my card. Most of all the staff are always super helpful and warm. I love the energy of the store, keep up the good work Terrace Save-On-Foods!
