★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owners of this pita pit go above and beyond to keep their customers happy. I've always had good food there, and when I have had any issues arise the owners have stepped up in order to make sure everything is made right. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone, for good fresh food and amazing customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location is always out of rice. It's 1223pm and the worker laughed and said it works better when you turn it on. Need a manager at this location to supervise the workers here. Not impressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been twice and had very different service. Once really good and the other not so good. Decent pitas at a reasonable price. Honestly one of the better meals I've had in Terrace. Lots of room if you plan on eating in the restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got food poisoning after ordering a southwest chicken pita. Staff were all wearing what looked to be pajamas and were not in the best of moods. The cheese they put in my pita was covered in the ingredients of the other surrounding trays of food. Will NOT be returning any time soon. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with both the quality of food and the service this time. Usually staff is very good, so hopefully this was a one-off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I experienced exceptional service while I visited here. The young man who made my Pita was very good at his job. Very friendly and put in all sorts of effort to put a smile on the faces of everyone who came and left. I didn't catch his name, but whoever he was, he needed a raise!
The smoothies here are definitely worth a try. I had one alongside my Pita and chips and it was great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a buffalo chicken rice bowl and wasn't aware that the chicken was breaded before eating a decent amount of my meal. Unfortunately I had already driven away from the store and was unable to go back in to get something else as I am gluten intolerant. My meal and it's presentation was also not great and was partially cold even though I ate it almost immediately after purchasing. The staff working were polite and respectful.
