β β β β β Pretty sad... everytime we come to town there is never chicken. So this visit I phone first they say chicken will be done in ten minutes.. only to get there 8 minutes later and there is no chicken and they are closing the restaurant!! How is it that a restaurant which specifies chicken in the name is always out of chicken.... should be renamed or actually have chicken! Used to be a favorite when we come to town but we will be finding a more reliable means for dinner... KFC.. so sad. We will be taking our buisness else where.

β β β β β Terrible customer service, closes at 5 now and the drive through is closed. This is by far the worst kFC I have been to. They should have closed down KFC and kept Taco Bell.

β β β β β PSA: I just called and they have recently changed their hours to close at 5pm every day. Sign on their door last week only said "CLOSED" but no other indication/information of what was happening. Old hours (open until 8pm) are still posted on their door. I've submitted a change to Google but don't know if it will be verified since I have no photo evidence. Looking at other reviews, maybe it was a good idea that I couldn't get my meal from this location...

β β β β β Ordered the world famous box with cheese and bacon, got a regular one. Didn't get my popcorn chicken or my biscuit, was given fries and a chicken strip for my sides instead. And the chicken sandwich wasn't crispy at all and had no flavor. I was already home before I found out my order was wrong. Service at the till was ok for them being short on staff
