★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 02/29/21 We arrived at the drive through at 11:59. There was only 2 other vehicles ahead of us and they had already placed their orders. We were told that we had to wait for them to close off a til. We were the only car in the drive through and after several minutes another car arrived. We watied a couple more mintues and much to our sruprise, they took the other patron's order first. When we got to the pickup window, my hisband made a comment about it being a weird time to close a til, we were told that they close off the til every day at noon. What restaurant business schedules this at noon??? He then made a remark about the fact they took the other cusotmer's order first they just said they didn't know. This is the second time this has happened to us at this location. No I'm sorry, no here is a coupon for a free coffee, NOTHING ! Train your staff better!! There are many good people who work or have worked at this locaion but this was ridiculous. When we pulled out of the parking lot it was 12:13 and all we got was a coffee and a tea!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had a lot of bad experiences here they hardly ever make your order correct. One good thing is the management is trying hard to make sure it is correct the second time. However this review is about one employee in particular which I finally got their name, Bonnie. They should be fired! Worst customer service I've ever experienced they have a mouth on them and do not care what the customers hear. I've had repeate bad service while they are working and im sure their fellow coworkers do not appreciate her aggressive demeanor. I'd be surprised if im the only one to notice her awful character.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just stopped here for a quick lunch, grabbed a cravable and large Chile in the drive through. Did not get my bun for the Chile, they gave me butter and a knife to butter the bun, but no bun. So I paid $7 for a Chile.. if this was the first time I would say nothing, but it's not. Same thing a few months ago. I'm working in town and don't my have time to go back chasing a bun. It's complete incompetence and can't say I'm surprised. Really annoying!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every single time we come to this location our order is wrong. I always order a Cafe Mocha with 2 cream.... it's never right.
Today I ordered a turkey bacon club and got ham without cheese and some wonderful rotten lettuce! The turkey bacon club photo from last week has honey mustard on it, and the bagel photo was the week before.
Now also adding another sandwich, no tomatoes or mayo. - May 26th, 2022
Please train your staff in consistency and proper preparation. My husband hates coming here.
