★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While visiting Osoyoos for the winter I was required to do some unexpected banking for my sick father who also lives elsewhere but deals with the Bank of Montreal. I was dealing with the very courteous staff in the bank when the bank manager, Leslie Anderson, walked by and got involved in the conversation.
Next thing I knew, I was in her office and she was calling Head Office and my Dad's local branch and dealing with each and every issue that I had. The service was way beyond what was expected!!!
The friendly, expert advise went a long way in solving my father's issues and making my life a lot easier.
It's no surprise why the Bank made Leslie the Manager at that Branch. They could never find a better Good Will Ambassador than her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warning: The manager of this branch can be downright nasty to deal with and at one point outright lied to me. I learned this after contacting her about how a recent transaction was handled by a lower level employee.
BMO have usually been good to deal with. This location not so much.
