I clearly told her prior that I wanted to withdraw all my money first and then close my account but she said the account was already closed. I brought up that I haven't signed the authorisation form and she gave me back all "my" money. I don't recommend this branch or bank.

I have only used the ATM and have waited in line to exchange $ bills into coins, which is what any bank is for whether or not I bank at their location. Recently on Thursday morning, the line up was (6 customers) with only 2 tellers working and after waiting at least 20 min in line, the teller was having some issue with exchanging my $40 into coins and proceeded to ask for my full name ?. I replied, I have never had to give my name before to do a simple exchange from bills to coins, I have only had to sign my initials previously to prove that I received the coins I've asked for, then she says "just a minute" and starts typing something else into the computer. This was another 3 minute wait to just exchange cash for coins ? I ended up asking for my bills back and said nevermind, this isn't worth it. I will never go back to this bank since they cannot provide the simplest of transactions without needing to get the customer's name and doing this within a respectable time frame. I seriously wonder how they can keep their customers considering how many complaints have been placed in these reviews.

The tellers are well trained, and they provide sound service and good financial advice, and refer us to open chequing, saving, credit cards, and personal line. The managers are helpful, professional and provide sound and good services. Their financial advisor are top notch The best financial advice I got from beside finance from them is: Honor parents, pay tax with gratitude, and donate to charity. It goes beyond finance and has a good culture of banking. I want to give thanks and appreciation to all the staff working in there. I highly recommend this bank if you want professional, safe and good banking.
