★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being a first time home buyer, I didn't really have much of a plan when I looked at places. By happenchance I met Chris during an open house which I went to the wrong address for. He was very charismatic during the showing and gave a very good first impression. He showed me the ins and outs of buying my first home and assessed what my options were. Since then, he became my agent.
Chris gave me plenty of options that were within my budget and he was not pushy. I remember he would always ask me first if I liked places before proceeding. He was very patient with me as I changed my budget multiple times until we eventually closed on a pre-sale.
Should I need real estate help in the future, I would definitely work with Chris again.

Considering the fact that we had switched a couple of places when we were looking, Chris had still helped us regardless with the different places that was in our budget.
