B	BeD SMart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably worst bank in town. Always slow service inside. You lose access to the instant teller when they close or the homeless harass you for money right at the machine.
s	sage231 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service I have ever recieved anywhere, disgusting service fees from cibc and very poor staff at this location, closing my account tomorrow, would not recommend Cibc to anyone planning on keeping their money, when asked to reverse some of the $70 of service charges I was charged because of them not switching my account over and they made me wait 2 hours for an apointment just to switch the account and not reimburse me anything, searches on the internet reveal CIBC is easily the worst bank in Canada, do not start an account here or at any CIBC location.

J	Joshua Percival on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never open when people are getting off work, 5pm never works for anyone in the oil & gas industry. Basically one has to take time off just to go into the bank. This is an industry town there should be banks open late at least until 6pm or 7pm.
E	Elizabeth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I left CIBC due to customer service about 4 years ago. I had to go in to try and get supporting documents yesterday. Alepheyah went above and beyond to help someone with a request that the manager and initial teller both either werent willing to understand or weren't equipped to help with. She listened to my request and handled it in the best way that she was able to. Through her commitment to helping people, that aren't even customers, I was able to have my issue resolved in a timely manner. She was professional, showing amazing people skills and extensive knowledge in navigating the issue with me. As far as I can tell CIBC and her clients are lucky to have her and if they had service members like her when I was there, I wouldn't have moved banks.
C	Catherine Polson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give the mortgage department ZERO stars. The CIBC Mortgage Advisor at the Fort St. John location completely dropped the ball. Did not provide our lawyer with legal documents in a timely manner, despite the fact that she had lots of time to do so because we negotiated a late closing date. If our lawyer didn’t inform us and scramble to cleanup the mess made by the mortgage advisor, we would have lost our house and would have lost our deposit as well. Because of her errors and complete negligence in performing her duties, we ended up paying significant additional fees because she did not leave us time to pursue other avenues. She did not return phone calls. She did not respond to our email inquiries. She did not perform her duties. We have had to file a complaint against her and now she is trying to twist the truth to cover her tracks. Horrible service from our Mortgage Advisor in Fort StJohn. If you’ve had the same sort of experience, I’d suggest you also file a complaint in an effort to stop her from treating others the same way. I will say that I have always found the front end staff very friendly and helpful. Just don’t go there for a mortgage!
