The best factor about this is your customer service. They don't mind answering questions about the services they provide or projects they could perhaps do. I love their new location too. Keep up the great work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered hats and aprons for a family reunion. Small mistake on one hat(not their fault) they quickly fixed it and didn't charge me for the new hat! Everyone I dealt with was helpful and able to help me decide what looked best. Everything was efficient and order came in before expected! Thank you! Will be using you again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered some FR reflective pants, told them the size I needed over 6x. Ordered me the wrong size the first time, gave them two weeks to fit it. Called again to check if they were ready, they forgot to order them, waited another two weeks. They sent the pant to my place of work, this time they sent pants that were two sizes higher than I ordered.
Poor communication. Probably wont be returning there ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in early (2 weeks) and in advance but it wasn't ready for almost a month. claimed they were missing a digit in my phone number. I watched them write it down so not sure where the mix-up happened but getting close to 30 days for a name stitched on the arm of a jacket was a surprise.
I'll be reconsidering this establishment in the future and I was charged shipping and handling for something I bought in store.
