I haven't had an issue since.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at Lombard branch Wednesday after 1pm. Teller HS00563 whom I knew from cityplace was the teller. I hope Lombard branch retains said teller as a permanent teller at the bank. Even when she used to be at Cityplace, all I can say is teller has always been nice. Keep it up and everybody be safe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had problem with one of the staff. Waited for a long time (2 times) and they said the system crashed all the time. The first time, open the joint account with my husband and a month later someone some company that we do not know about had withdraw our money from the account and we had to go for another branch to fix it. Second time, still have faith for this location. I do not understand the staff required my ultilities bill to open my mom an account (she's not PR) and he said that is to verify my address? I'm not sure if every other location do that?
