★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst RBC branch I have ever visit. I'm so unsatisfied with the way to provide services and agents behaviors. They asked me to pay $5 fee for printing out my bank statement. However, I'm paying monthly fee for using my account. Why? What's going on??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deposited cash at ATM and got less count.... Complaint about machine error and RBC gave me back....... Don't know what's solution of this mistake.... Eventually we lost $$$$ and if don't complaint. It took around 2 weeks to get back my money from RBC. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was going to transfer my money to another bank for higher interest, this account manager told me they can match that interest rate. So I stayed. Two months later, I am still receiving the original interest amount. I guess I have been fooled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everytime i have best experience whenever i come to this branch. They have friendly staff , not much waiting in lines and it was really good to see how security guard is maintaining social distance among other customers and opening doors for senior citizens.
Five stars to this staff . Thanks for helping everyone in these hardtimes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slowest, worst service I've ever received. Super disappointed. Enployees sat in their empty offices, watching customers stand around waiting while 1 clerk was on the phone the entire time (myself for almost 20 minutes before leaving) and didn't help customers. Will not ever go to that location again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do yourself a favour, if you bank with RBC and get your financial accounts as far away from them as possible! Over the last two months horrible service, it’s like trying to communicate with a bunch of robots. Looked deeper into RBC connection as partner with WEF. I’ll bank somewhere else, that doesn’t “want me to own nothing and be happy by 2030”!
