★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been a CIBC customer since last 7 years and 2 years with this branch. Some staff are friendly, but not all. Treat like I am at wrong place to be! Been in Kamloops, Kelowna, Abbotsfort, Surrey and Langley before. They all are consistent in delivering their services. This branch need some customer service training. Also Never been able to book an appointment though website (availability full all the time)
